I received this product in exchange for an honest review. The Vitamin D3 supplements come in the shape of bears. They are not really a gummy bear texture, but rather a chewy candy texture. They also claim to be in peach and cherry flavors. I could not tell a difference in the way they looked as to which was which, but they have a pleasant taste and I am assuming it is a mix of cherry and peach in each bear. There are 120 bears in each bottle with a recommended dosage of 2 gummies daily- for adults. Vitamin Ds helps to support the immune system and promotes strong bones. I would check with a physician prior to ingesting just to check on their necessity and dosage for each individual person. This is a good Vitamin D3 supplement, one that us easy to swallow.
