I received the life guard plus charger in exchange for an honest review.  It is about the size of a tube of lipstick so it is very portable.  I followed the instructions and charged it via the computer for at least 12 hours.  It comes with two cords, one to charge it and one for the devices which will be used to charge.  One of the best qualities about this charger is that it is interchangeable with many different devices.  Personally, I can charge my I-phone 5s, my kindle, my I-pad, and my kids I-pods.  The battery is a Samsung, a very reliable and reputable brand.  I have tried other portable chargers and they do not seem to hold a charge as long.  I have also had to carry the original and longer cords for each device I wanted charged.  This is the best that I have used by far.  It will definitely come in handy this summer during those long car rides and vacations.
