I received this product in exchange for an honest review.  These bands come on a colorful set of 4 with their own little carrying bag and levels of strength.  Blue is light, red is medium, green is heavy and black is extra heavy.  They are very durable and made of latex which enables the bands to be stretched without snapping.  These bands can be used for resistance for exercise purposes or physical therapy.  The case is made of nylon with a drawstring so the bands are portable and would fit easily in a purse or gym bag.  These bands can ease a person into exercise without jumping right into weights.  They can be used in the comfort of ones own home.  They are also useful for those physical therapy exercise that are necessary after surgery or an injury.  With these bands, exercise is doable.
