I received this product in exchange for an honest review.  These coconut oil gel caps come in a bottle of 120 with a recommended dosage of two a day.  They are comprised of 100% organic, virgin coconut oil in a softgel which is easy to swallow.  It is stated that coconut oil can improve digestion and increase energy levels.  The main reason I was anxious to receive this product was that it enhances memory.  I have read various articles stating that there are studies being conducted in which coconut oil is being tested in Alzheimers patients.  This is something genetic that runs in our family, so I am most curious about the correlation.  The other pluses are beneficial as well.  Benefits range form lower cholesterol levels to shinier hair.  The gel caps are well worth a try.
