I received this product in exchange for an honest review.  This is one nifty little item to have on hand.  Well- not really on hand, but on hat!!!  I received this device and did not think it would have any power to it.  After inserting 3 AAA batteries, I could not believe the brightness of the LED light.  The clip is sturdy and hangs nicely onto the brim of a hat.  There is very little weight to it It can also clip to a shirt or other piece of clothing, or just be carried around.  It is handy for those jobs where there is not enough light and it can certainly be used in the even of a power failure.  This is definitely a nifty product to have handy and I would recommend it.
