#Omega-3 Fish Oil #Earthwell

I received the Earthwell Omega-3 Fish Oil free and fro review.  I was very excited to receive such a large bottle with 180 capsules.  This would be a 90 day supply s instructions state to take 2 a day. 
I had been taking fish oil supplements, but other brands.  The gel caps are rather large as the contain 2720 mg of fish oil preserving.  I was not too thrilled with the scent upon opening the bottle as it states they are lemon flavored.  The odor had some hint of lemon, but I thought it still had that a slight fishy odor.  However, upon ingesting the pills, the flavor was a definite lemon flavor which was  pleasant surprise. There was also a slight, but pleasant lemony after taste. I did have to ingest a lot of water to get them down, but it is doable and they are soft gels.  There are many benefits of fish oil supplements.  My main reason is for my cardiovascular health.  Other benefits, that are bonuses include: mental health, cancer prevention, vision health, skin and hair shine and help with weight loss and obesity prevention.  This last one is the second main reason I am incorporating the fish oil supplement into my diet.  I usually purchase the store brand or whatever brand is on sale.  This brand, however, is one that I will definitely be purchasing from now on.
