Complements of Bzz Agent brought to my plate a delicious snack of Arlo Dofino Cheese. I chose to try out the Edam variety as I had never had it and wanted to be daring and try something new. The cheese had a very bold and nutty flavor. It goes perfectly with Granny Smith apples. The crisp tartness of the apples pared perfectly with the sharp and creamy cheese. Grapes go well with the flavor variety as well. The snack is healthy and delicious and can be eaten at any time of the day. It can be used a snack for kids after school or sports practice. It can be dressed up as an elegant dessert when company comes. There are so many combinations with all the varieties of cheese.
